We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occur therefore when a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date a full refund of all payments will be made.
If a cancellation is made within 14 days until arrival date the deposit will not be repaid however any further payments will be returned and the opportunity to re-arrange your stay to an available alternative date will be offered
